Law enforcement, social media & Twitter
Much of our company's time on social media is spent engaging in conversations with our staff, clients and the public, as well as curating and sharing interesting content, and we enjoy being one of the first security companies in the country to realize the power of becoming 'social.' And, much to our delight, we quickly discovered that we weren't alone in our mission!
For those of you who follow @PaladinSecurity on Twitter, you'll know that it's a great place to engage and get the conversation going. While some people have understandably more to say than others, and it's a tool that can be used for many different purposes, we've had the pleasure of interacting with a particular cross-section of Twitter users who we believe bring a lot of value to the medium. As a security super-company, it should come as no surprise that we work closely with many officers of the law - both offline and online - and have forged strong relationships across Canada over nearly forty years in this business. And it's these powerhouses who we're honoured to profile today - active police officers who we believe provide some of the most engaging content on the World Wide Web - not to mention content that is hugely beneficial to their respective communities. Here's Paladin's first look at some of these 'social heroes' who you may want to follow and, of course, feel free to share:
